Please indicate the class title and which session in which you wish to participate through your school's ordering system. Together We Learn will receive a purchase order from the school, and a purchase order is necessary in order to get started with the class. 

Also, for each student, for each subject you wish to take, please fill out this form, and indicate your intentions on the form. For example, math and piano would each require their own form.

If you wish to take multiple classes within the same subject (for example piano sessions A and B), please only fill out one form, and indicate your intentions on the form.
