Please indicate the class title and which session in which you wish to participate through your school's ordering system. Together We Learn will receive a purchase order from the school, and a purchase order is necessary in order to get started with the class. 

Also, for each student, for each subject you wish to take, please fill out the form below and indicate your intentions on the form.
